_{These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. _{1. The Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and aged 18 or over.}

_{2. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion.}

How to enter and redeem your free gift / bear: To enter the Promotion in Republic of Ireland free-text the advertised keyword on the advertising or visit https://www.citroen.ie/models/new-c3-aircross.html and follow the instructions to book a test drive and claim your free Citroen branded bear. Once you book a test drive you will receive an email confirmation with the details of where your test drive will take place. Once you are in the dealership scan the QR code on the point of sale and enter your postal details, mobile number and email address on the web form to claim your free bear. Please note you must be within 100 metres of the dealership where you booked your test drive, to claim your free gift. Please also take care to use the same mobile number that you booked your test drive with when you are claiming your free bear when you are at the dealership. The free bear gift will only be awarded to consumers who follow all of the steps of firstly booking a test drive of the C3 Aircross and then visiting the relevant dealership, scanning the QR code and then filling in the claim form. You must use a smartphone or tablet connected to a mobile network to redeem the free gift. On your mobile device, please also ensure that your location settings are turned on before you complete the claim form in the dealership. Your location settings will assign your physical location to being in a Citroen dealership. By entering this promotion you agree to your geo- location as determined by your phone or tablet to be submitted and verified. All geo location data will be deleted at the end of the promotion. For the purposes of administering the promotion, up to 3 months after when the promotion ends, we will however retain your Eircode, address, mobile number and email and also details of where you redeemed your free gift. Thereafter, all of your data will be deleted unless you specifically opt into ongoing communications from Gowan Ireland Please allow up to 28 days deliver of your free bear.}

_{4. Promotional period: The promotional period is between 00:01GMT 01/02/2026 and 00:00 GMT 31/03/2026 (inclusive) and any entries outside this period will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion. Only one entry per mobile number and or per test drive.}

_{6. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Provider reserves the right to remove, suspend or substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. This is a limited offer only available to those who book a test drive via citroen.ie and available while stocks last.}

_{7. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or mislaid free gifts. Whilst every care is taken when delivering your free gift we are not responsible for the loss or damage of your free gift during the delivery process. In some instances where there might be nobody answering the door at the point of delivery parcels may be left outside the door.}

_{Unless you specifically opt in for on-going communications via SMS and or email, The Promoter will only use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your personal information with selected Citroen dealers, Return2Sender and Lites Marketing Ltd, Fastway or An Post, who are responsible for advertising the promotion and also the fulfilment of and delivery of the free gift.}

Subject to paragraph 8 and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, those who claim the free gifts surname and county, and (if applicable), upon receipt of a written request (which includes a stamped addressed envelope for such a response) to Citroen promotion, Lites Marketing Ltd, 16 Viscount Ave, Airways Industrial Estate, Dublin 17.}

Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 8 and 9 by writing to C3Aircross@Return2Sender.ie However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 12/13 upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).}

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).}
