SOS & ASSISTANCE

TO TRAVEL WITH COMPLETE PEACE OF MIND

SOS and Assistance are Citroën’s geolocated emergency call and assistance services. In the event of an accident or any other situation requiring urgent intervention (breakdown, illness, etc.), they call out the appropriate emergency services. Available 24/7, these services are free and no subscription is required. Citroën Connect Box equipment allows you to benefit from these two services in your vehicle at no additional cost.

ACTIVATION OF
AN EMERGENCY CALL

In the event of an impact, the geolocated emergency call function enables the vehicle itself to contact an emergency centre, which calls the driver back to assess the situation. It can then send help if necessary.
If they are a victim or witness of a critical situation, an occupant of the vehicle can also use the service by pressing the “SOS” button for three seconds.

ACTIVATION OF ASSISTANCE

The Assistance function can be activated in the event of a breakdown or illness.
To initiate a geolocated assistance call, pressing the “Double Chevron” button for three seconds connects you to a call centre which carries out an initial assessment. It can then launch an assistance operation if necessary.

TELEMAINTENANCE

FOR CAREFREE TRAVEL

Planning your Citroën’s next service or topping up its coolant are things you no longer need to worry about! With the Telemaintenance service, your car detects any alerts and informs Citroën directly. Its teams can then easily analyse the situation remotely and contact you to arrange an appointment at the point of sale of your choice. The Telemaintenance service provides you with real-time information about the condition of your car, allowing you to travel in complete safety while saving time and optimising your budget.
