To preserve your car and allow you to travel without worrying, we go above and beyond the legal warranty and replace defective parts with parts of an equivalent quality to the initial parts.

For vehicles registered in the Republic of Ireland
There are many great benefits to owning a Citroën, one of them being the peace of mind when it comes to warranty.
Vehicles registered on or after 1st January 2025:
5 years unlimited mileage from date of first registration.

Passenger cars sold new in ROI from 1st jan 2021 to 1st Jan 2025 are provided with an extended warranty 3years manufacturer +2year extended with unlimited mileage in the final 2 years. Excluding Taxis, learning school cars and public service vehicles.
Emergency Roadside Assistance
In the event of a breakdown, your Citroen is covered for roadside assistance through Citroen Assist for the first 3 years of its life, up to 100,000kms. Please call 1800 33 33 00 or 00 353 16 34 30 30 if outside the Republic of Ireland.
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE WARRANTY
Manufacturers warranty
From January 2025 (Relay models from October 2025) - Citroën Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV's) & Car-Derived Van's (CDV's) receive a 5-year (or 200,000km, whichever comes first) Manufacturer Warranty as standard. You also have the reassurance that any repairs competed under warranty will be undertaken within our network of Authorised repairers using only genuine Citroën parts. You are guaranteed a quality repair and the preservation of your vehicle’s performance.
2019 to December 2024 model Citroën Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV's) receive a 3-year (or 100,000km, whichever comes first) Manufacturer Warranty as standard. You also have the reassurance that any repairs competed under warranty will be undertaken within our network of Authorised repairers using only genuine Citroën parts. You are guaranteed a quality repair and the preservation of your vehicle’s performance.
To benefit from the contractual warranty, you must have the vehicle maintained and serviced in strict conformity with CITROËN’s instructions (and within a tolerance of 3 months or 3,000 km for routine services) and be able to provide proof of this (maintenance records, invoices, etc.).
Extended Warranty Option for Commercial Vehicles.
For higher mileage customers, we have an optional extended warranty on Berlingo, Dispatch and Relay Vans. This warranty matches the manufacturers terms and conditions and extends the limits to 200,000kms or 5 years, whichever comes first. This 2 year warranty extension option can be purchased up to the first scheduled service. Contact your dealer for current prices.
In the event of your vehicle being resold, its successive purchaser will benefit from the warranty.
