|At this year’s Paris Motor Show, the world is getting an exclusive first look at the WRC C3 concept car, a brawnier, sportier version of the New Citroën C3. The concept car heralds the arrival of the race car that will compete for the first time at the Monte-Carlo Rally in January 2017, with the challenge of establishing Citroën Racing’s comeback into the FIA World Rally Championship.
The C3 WRC concept car retains the curves, fresh appeal, and certain stylistic aspects of the New C3: a dual-level illuminated logo, two-tone canopy and accents echoing the colours of the canopy, all accompanied by additions from the racing world.
A dark bumper, chrome chevrons stretching down to the LED daytime running lamps, carbon wing mirrors in racing yellow, an extra 55mm width for the chassis, and a front bumper with a spoiler to enhance the car’s aerodynamics. A sporty, chiselled design that comes in full colour.
